What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer white-glove delivery or assembly services?
Currently, we provide standard curbside delivery. Most of our pieces are designed for easy home assembly and include detailed instructions and necessary hardware.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are SEI Furniture products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all of our furniture items come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
